Hi,

is there any JQL query that identifies Story that have subtasks?

Couldn't find any ...

In the JQL text field for the filter put "issue in hasSubtasks()"

Thanks for your quick reply.

However, as I'm new to Jira I only managed to install that plugin. But unfortunately I have no idea on how to use this in the Configuration of the Jira Agile Board => Quick Filter dialog.

You can use the free Script Runner plugin, it has a hasSubtask() JQL.
