Our client could not access the Agile-Plugin in a right way when he tries to go from Jira into Agile. The system gives an error-message (permission denied) As their company policy is to use IE 7 we have a problem to use Jira as collaboration-tool between them and us. Side-Notice: Agile/Greenhopper is on a actual Version. Do u have a clue?
I'm afraid you're probably stuck. It doesn't support IE7, and that's not going to change.
Outside the Agile/Jira problem... Your client needs to update their machines to run a proper supported browser. I can't emphasise that enough - IE7 simply isn't safe for them to be using and they need to change it as soon as possible.
Thanks, Nic for the quick answer! I understand this would be the solution and I will tell this the customer. Do you think interim our client could do something in IE7 within their browser-rights? Isn't it possible with this rights to allow especially the web-sites from Jira-Agile?

It depends. You've given us quite a vague description of the error, and we don't really know where it's coming from. It could be IE7 choking or that they've genuinely done something you've configured to disallow. I suspect it's IE7, and hence the answer is "no, they need to use a decent browser", but I'm not 100% sure without a full error message and a description of exactly what they're doing and your setup.
