Agile Wallboard Gadget not displaying quick filters in Dashboard

Hello, I'm attempting to use the Agile Wallboard Gadget as part of our team's dashboard. I'm able to have the board populate, however when I go to add in the quick filters (I select them in the edit gadget mode), the board returns as empty and I get this error state, "There are problems with the current configuration for this gadget. The errors below may have been caused by the deletion of entities required by the gadget or by changes to your permissions." 

Any suggestions here?

Not sure why this happens, but be aware that there is a better alternative to this gadget.

Our Great Gadgets plugin offers  a Team Wallboard gadget that it highly configurable, supports quick-filters and swim-lanes and is more compact showing more issues. The cards colors can be customized. 

It supports both Kanban and Scrum and can display sub-tasks.
