We wanted to upgrade Jira to 8.13.10 but the "Agility checklist for Jira free" is not supported for 8.13.10
is there any update on this?

As I understood, this plugin is no longer under development. So you (same as I) have to search for other plugin for cheklist. In my company https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216451/smart-checklist-for-jira-enterprise?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview is tested.
I try to find where Agility Checklist store information. someone know it?
