Aha Jira integration - unable to push Jira status updates back to Aha

We have setup Aha and Jira integration and we are able to push Aha feature cards to Jira Epics just fine.  But when we update the Jira Epic to "In Progress", this isn't automatically updating their linked Aha feature card.  

We had already set up the mapping so the "Status" field should be mapped between Aha and Jira.  Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

Likely the webhook set up on the Jira side is not getting called?

Thank you for the suggestion.  This is now working after I went to the Webhook and changed the "Exclude Body" to "No".
