I've installed Jira Software Data Center in an offline environment, so our users and admins do not have two factor logon, and we do not wish to use it.
Each time an admin logs in, all other admins get an email stating there is a security alert (Alert ID: Alert-95) with the details of the logon. This is a useless email to us, but I can see no way of turning it off.
Can I customise what email alerts are sent, and who gets them?
