All Issues on all levels is not seen in Structure

Hi,

We have Hierarcy as EPIC -- Feature -- Story

Epic is parent of feature and story is child of feature when i pull data in structure using generator (Project = "projectname" and issuetype = epic and status not in (CANCELLED,"Not applicable"))

and also use generator for getting parent child in structure it only gives me 

EPIC and Feature it is not giving Story which is under Feature 

Can someone help how can i get all levels in structure?
