All the pages are loading very slow i followed the steps given by community forums https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA041/Is+your+JIRA+Running+Slowly but still problem is not resolved can you help me in this context

That documentation is for Jira 4.1. I assume you're not running 4.1?
