Allow only certain Statuses in Sprint Backlog?

We want to make sure that the teams are only allowed to move issues to a Sprint Backlog that are in the Status "Ready" (so that they make sure that the Definition of Ready applies to the User Story). 

How can we do this?

Hello,

You should put a condition to all transitions except those, which lead to the Ready status. In this condition you should let any user make this transition except the teams.
