Allow query to be owned by a group

Working as part of a team,  I would like my filters to be modified by other members in my group so that we can all manage our backlog.

our goal is to have a board that only issues related to epics in progress would show up.  Since we cannot use the "epic link" in (filter = "in progress epics") we have to update the Epic link each time we start a new epic.
