Hi there,
We use Jira On-Call and we love it (so easy to manage rotas!). We would like people outside our team to be able to view our rotas. Is there a way to enable read-only access to view rotas for people outside of the team. Our work around at the moment is to add people one at a time, but this isn't really scalable.
Cheers,
Tim
HI @Tim Mathas ,
This is probably the on-call that is integrated with ops-genie. These are the default roles and permissions.
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/learn-user-roles-and-permissions/
If want something very specific to just seeing who's on-call, then you will need to look into creating a custom role which can be found in the documentation.
Thanks Benjamin.
I don't see any reference to Ops Genie (though perhaps that is the ops in the url). Redacted screenshot below. Are we talking about the same thing?

After some better googling it looks like this has been captured already: [JSDCLOUD-11413] On-call schedule should be displayed to users that are not members of the associated Opsgenie team - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like the only work around is using JSW projects. Hopefully, that is a possibility for you and your team.
