Alternate solution for workflow enhancer condition

Hi Leaders,

I want an alternative solution for workflow condition which have been implemented using 'Workflow Enhancer for Jira' plugin. Below is the condition added already however am unable to understand:

Type: class
Class: com.tng.jira.workflowenhancer.condition.UniversalCondition
Arguments:
expression = {fixVersions} == "[]"
error = false
evaluateTo = false

Kindly suggest any alternative using script runner plugin or other since we have disabled the WF Enhancer plugin.
