Alternatives to ngrok

Hi,

I am new to Jira cloud and am trying to follow the tutorials like  https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/getting-started/ 

But like this one but most of the tutorials use ngrok, download of which is blocked by our firewall. Can you please suggest some alternatives for it.

I'm using Jira Cloud and Atlassian Connect.

Depending on what programming language you're creating the cloud app on, you can simply use Heroku or any other PaaS platform.
