An active user shown as "removed" when the jira issues are exported to .csv

Hi,

I had a user who was removed (personal email ID) and added with a new official email ID.

However, the export to .csv shows the user as "removed".

This appears to be an open defect, possibly since the security changes for GDPR.  You can view the defect here and mark if your team is impacted by it:
