An attempt to attach a screenshot without Java plugin installed confuses users

In case Java browser plugin is not installed on user's machine, the attempts for attaching a screenshot cause the SUN website open instead of prompting for Java installation.

I find it quite misleading since user does not know what might be wrong then.
