Annotation/remarks are gibberish after upload PDF file with annotation/remarks

Hi,

I noticed an issue when user is attaching a PDF file that contains annotation/remarks.

It seems like, after upload those annotation/remarks are gibberish.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
