Annoying banner about update

How can I close this banner so that he would not appear again?

Hi @tonkonozhenko, akim (Contractor) and welcome to the Community!

By the message in that banner, it looks like an announcement banner that was set by the administrator of your site.

If your administrator allows users to dismiss the banner, you should be able to do so. But that is a custom setting that needs to be set internally on your site. Best to reach out to your Jira admin about this.
