Anonymous updating on issues

Hi

can anyone tell me how i can prevent anonymous updating on issues ? ( via direct posting and also via e-mail reply)

Check your permission schemes and make sure you do not have "Group: Anyone" listed anywhere.  

Actually, I'd do that for ALL permissions at ALL times.  Except for "browse" if you genuinely need public issue views.
