Oracle Wallet Feature Request

We understand that providing support Oracle Wallet is out of Atlassians scope at the moment, as it has not been tested by developers. We are working to establish a secure database connection from JIRA to an Oracle database and requesting this feature be tested and ready for use.

Another vote year!

We have spent weeks trying to force Jira to use a wallet but some simple code changes need to be made by Atlassians dev team.

This would greatly expand the customer base so should be easily financially justifiable.

We are keen to upgrade further and move our entire business over to all Atlassian stcks but this is preventing us from doing so and we suspect, countless others.

Would Atlassian be so kind as to provide an update as to whether this is already on the roadmap and if so, do they have an ETA?

Oddly I spoke to an Atlassian about this a couple of weeks ago.  She'd like to do it, but there's so little interest interest in it, it's unlikely to go anywhere.  It appears to have no way to increase the customer base or widen the offering - the queries are in the tens, not the tens of thousands that Atlassian are interested in.
