Jira Software is it possible to create status button into workflow to answer customer (email) from form? I know in Jira Service Management it is possible but in Jira Software also without any difficult solution?
Also can handle Jira Software also like JSM that when customer answer in subject ticket key answer into issue?

Can you provide some clarification as to what you want to happen when? Maybe some exact steps?
When ticket is created from e-mail (end user send email), then our assginee want to have button on ticket view to send end user email with information what end user should get from assginee.

I would create a manual automation rule which sends an email as you describe.
Then your assignee can just execute the manual rule.

I don't think it's possible for customers to enter the data!!
Jira Software needs a license in order to properly use the tool.
Besides may I know the plugin?
