Any doc or link with steps for creating team based or company based project End to END like creating work flow, creating schema, permissions, creating screens from scratch 

Please suggest me one whole doc like guide..

For both types of project, you can 

1. Click create project
2. Select the type you want
3. Answer the questions it asks

And you have a project all set up.

For company managed projects, you might choose to share config with an existing project, or create all the schemes for the new project separately.

If you want to re-configure a team-managed project, you then need to go into project settings and change them to match.

For a company managed project, you'll need to work through all the schemes you have created for it, and look at fields and workflows too.
