Any idea why this might be happening to the in progress number background? It is supposed to be blue, correct?

I can reproduce this on my instance in Chrome as well, seems to be a minor bug right now. Please use Atlassian's bug tracker to report this to the product team, thanks!

Happening here as well. Both Chrome and Edge. Tried to submit a bug, but don't seem to be able to.
