Hi,
I was wondering if there is a method (both Jira and Confluence Data Center) to assign to user (or group) ONLY the permission to manage project/space users and group, without assigning the "Admin poject/space" permission to that user.
Is that possibile? Is there any plugin to do that?
Thanks a lot,
Andrea
I'm afraid not, Jira does not have that level of granularity in the project admin permissions. A project admin gets access to users, versions and components, plus the new project settings if you allow that in the project
Hi,
one way You can follow is assigning administrator rights to user under project settings>people>add user and define role.
The user will be project administrator

This is not working for me.
My problem is that I don't want to assign ALL administration privilege, but ONLY the management of user/group assign to a project/space (if is it possible).

That will only assign project administration still he doesn't edit workflow screen scheme
only things that he can do is create component, manage sprint, create version
