Hello, I'm testing Jira to see if it can be used as a good task manager. One issue that I have is that when I'm in the project tab, there is a list of the current issues or task. Currently, the only information displayed on the list is the name of the task and it's issue Key. Is there a way to have the assignee, due date and priority appear on the list like in the Kanban Board window? I know you can click on the issue to have more info but basic information on the task would help. Thanks.
Hi Frédéric,
In a Scrum Project you can use the backlog to see that information. The backlog also contains a list of issues in the project based on the board filter.
You can click Configure > Card Layout and add the priority, due date and assignee. When you do that you'll see the items under the Issue Key. In the below example the values are Medium, None and Branden:
Cheers,
Branden
