Any widget to show liked issues against relevant story

Hansi test February 12, 2020

Hi all,

I am acting as a agile PM in IT industry. We are a product based company so doing a set of new features within a single sprint. These features are tracked as stories in Jira. As a process, when we log a bug in Jira related to a particular feature, we link it to the relevant story as linked issues for tracking purposes. We have created a dashboard for our senior management to show the progress of the sprint. They badly need a widget to view linked issues against relevant story. for an ex: something like below

Appreciate any idea on a relevant widget to be used for this

Really appreciate your help on this and thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Hansi

Hi Hansi!

You could filter your relevant stories using JQL and add (if not present) the Linked Issues column to the search view. Tell me if you need some screenshots to get there :)

Hope it helps!

Regards, Aylin.

Hey Aylin,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I have tired this and it worked to a certain extent, but there is a minor issue ti meet my requirement. Linked issues are shown in the search view, but they are not ordered by linked issues. I tried to sort it, but it is unable to sort them by linked issues. Please refer the attachment on this issue.

Hi Hansi.

As far as I know, you won't be able to order the issues by linked issues. But you could export them to Excel and then work with them there, It's the only thing I can think of...

Regards, Aylin.
