Anyone seen this error before

Hi Guys,

So I removed a user from Jira some minutes ago but after deactivating the user, users are unable to create issues. They get an error message attached to this question.

The problem is that the field PAR Approver 1 is only associated to just one project and one screen, yet this error message pops up when create issues in all the projects.

Hi @Ismail Sanni ,

probably there is some automation at workflow level that try to put that user (not existing yet) in a specific field. Please review workflow and try again.
