My company is currently using Jira cloud (company managed). We track time using Tempo and have the app for Office 365 Calendar enabled (enhanced calendar supporting automation). Upon initial sync, everything seems to work, pulling my Outlook meetings into Tempo.
The issue is that Tempo seems to randomly drop meetings or doesn't update as new meetings are added consistently. The only work around I have found is to go into the apps in Tempo, Go to the Office 365 Calendar app, and sign out then back in. This seems to take several minutes to update again, before the meetings sync over and sometimes it still isn't grabbing all of them. I'm having to do this 1-3 times a DAY and is becoming cumbersome.
Does anyone know of a fix for this or someway that I can manually log the meetings and attach as issue so they display in the same fashion?
