App migration valid licence ?

Good morning, we migrated a Jira instance with Xray for a customer 2-3 weeks ago. When evaluating the apps, we noticed for the first time that a valid Xray license is required for a migration. Now we were wondering if there is an overview or a rule when a valid license is required for a migration of apps. Does anyone here have any experience with this or does Atlassian perhaps even have a list of apps that require a valid license for a migration?

A license is required. You can possibly get a trial license to test out.
