App to find a specific field values in choosed projects?

Hello. I need to change a lot of field values e.g. assignee, authorized user on many workflows and many projects. Do you know an app which can help me to bulk change that field values?

If you have bulk edit access, you can edit these fields directly.

I was imprecise, because I want to find that field values in workflow, so I can avoid that specific values in future tasks.
