AppConfig for Jira Cloud on iOS?

Hello,

With iOS, it's possible to use a feature called AppConfig to allow MDMs to push enterprise settings to managed apps.

This is use for example with Jira Server on iOS to prefill the server URL.

Is there anything available for Jira Cloud? I would be especially interested to set the username with MDM and ask Jira Cloud to automatically start the authentification with it.

Since we are using federated authentication with Atlassian Access and an IDP that offer SSO for iOS, this would streamline a lot our service access from mobile endpoints.

Thank you for reaching out to Community!

Using the details you provided, I searched on our support and documentation, but I'm afraid that this option is currently not available for Jira Cloud.

There is a feature request created in 2017 and the last update is from September this year, where our Mobile PM asked for the reporter if they are still interested in the feature, so maybe you can send him an email to talk about this option.
