Appears "broken" link in this page, where button appears as image when clicked.

Similar to the page, Getting started with JIRA Core, there is an image "Let's get started" that should be a link, but Confluence appears to act like it is an image (though link behind it appears correct).

yes, it does appear so.  I sent an email to Atlassian to see what is best method to submit documentation feedback as I don't think the Atlassian Answers is best place.
