Application links over https(SSL)

Vinny April 17, 2020

Hi ,

Having issues with application links i am not able to establish connection between Jira and fisheye/crucible .

current setting i have:

Jira and Fisheye/Crucible installed on different servers and its setup and configured to use https with self-signed certificates. I am able to access the urls for both applications no issues. The issue and error i am getting when trying to add application links  I can't get them to connect to each other using application links over HTTPS.

I downloaded and ran SSLPoke command i got the PKIX path building failed

https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/unable-to-connect-to-ssl-services-due-to-pkix-path-building-failed-error-779355358.html

seems like The remote certificate doesn't appear to be issued by a trusted authority (certs i am using self-signed certs)

i seen articles and recommendations on import ca certs or upgrade java and import cert.Any help appreciated .

Thank You!
