Apply theme mode for JQL Editor dialog using AP.Jira.showJQLEditor()

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on dark mode for my application. But I can't apply theme mode for JQL Editor dialog. It has an iframe inside, with a separate <html> tag.
Is there any solution for me to custom it?
