Approve/Reject an issue

Is there any way to have users indicate their approval or rejection of an issue?

We didn't want to use voting because that only shows people who 'approve' but doesn't show those that reviewed and want to reject.

We are an OnDemand Jira/Confluence user and must work within the constraints of being such.

If there is a plugin, that would be helpful for future as we are trying to put a case together to go OnPremise instead of OnDemand due to the many limitations; but, currently don't have the funds budgets to incur the initial high procurement price and thus limited to month to month.

Any help is most appreciated!

There is no JIRA out of the box functionality to do this and hence it wouldn't be possible in onDemand.

Is there any movement on this at all? Would be really helpful if we could implement this! Currently on cloud so can't use the leading plugin as not supported.
