Approve and decline buttons disappeared from customer portal

Hello, everyone. 

Both approve and decline buttons disappeared from customer portal for all projects! What may be the cause of this problem?

Hi @Fariz Aliverdiyev 

Approvals are based on custom fields that point to users, so first you can check if the custom field was altered/deleted by anyone ? There was also a bug on JSD server, please refer that to see if that's not the cause here.
