Hi, we installed several apps on our prodcution jira instance.
Is there any way to make them available on the sandbox environment?
The App I recently installed is showing up on the connected apps page. But not in the app menu.
Hello @riseli
Interesting questions.
In this article: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes/ - there's a table that tells which data is being moved to the sandbox.
The apps should be available regardless of the environment you are using. Best is to test this out.
Now for the app:
Let me know the name of the app, so I can install it from my side.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
The sandbox was not created recently. But after adding the app on the production environment it shows up unter the "Mangae apps" menu as installed.
But not under the "Apps" menu.
As a matter of fact none of our Apps is showing up in the side bar settings oder the "Apps" menu. I guess, it seems like the table is not that accurate ;)
The app would be Xray Enterprise.

Hi @riseli ,
I also installed the Xray Enterprise on my side and indeed I am experiencing the same thing as you are. I was also able to see it in the Manage Apps.
Here are my results:
