Are Web Links able to be viewed in reports and dashboards?

Our Enterprise company has multiple instances of Jira Cloud across organizations (but shared under the same Enterprise License Agreement). We are able to use the web link OOB functionality to:

• link an Epic from one instance to the Epic in another Instance
• automatically view a few details in the UI when we hover on screen (Assignee, Status, Date last Updated).

Is there a standard functionality that allows us to pull this same info from the web link into a reporting view so that we can show an aggregated view of work that has been linked to the other Jira Cloud software instance?
