Are multiple approvers possible?

Pertaining to Approvals; can there be multiple approvers for one task/story? Is a log built to centralize approvals given?

There can be multiple approvers. Currently the approval feature is only for JSM. There is a support issue though:

The Approval Features are currently only available for Jira Service Management.
