Are there any Calendar add-ons for Jira Cloud which support multiple date fields?

For example, suppose you have several date fields in a given issue:

• Start Date
• Code Complete Date
• Announce Date

Is there a calendar add-on for Jira Cloud which allows you to show all three dates in a calendar? The ones I've seen so far can only display one date field.

Issue Calendar for Jira appears to support display of multiple dates per Jira issue, according to their documentation.
