Are workflows created per project/Issue or are they setup by each user permissions?

Are workflows all or nothing or can you setup different workflows for each project?

Can anyone setup a workflow or does one have to be an administrator?

Hi @Karen Kelly ,

You can indeed setup different workflows for each project using workflow schemes.

Only admins can manage them, even though you can grant Extended project administration to project administrators that provide limited permissions on the project workflows.
