Artifactory unable to connect to JIRA user directory

Hi 

How to add JIRA users to Artifactory? We are getting the following message when we try to add JIRA users to artifactory: (we are using artifactory GUI to add JIRA users)

2018/08/21 13:57:55 [error] 123#123: *142 open() "/etc/nginx/html/rest/usermanagement/1/search" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: abc.d.e.f, server: ~(?<repo>.+)\.artifactory, request: "POST /rest/usermanagement/1/search?entity-type=user&start-index=0&max-results=1&expand=user HTTP/1.1", host: "xx.xx.x.xxx"

I searched for /etc/nginx/html...folder in nginx container, but it was not there. Should I create it? I request Atlassian Community to guide me on this issue.
