As a user, I am unable to import the jira backup

Unfortunately, I'm unable to import a JIRA backup on my Jira instance.

I'm trying to import the backup but I'm facing problems related with the encoding.

Please, be aware the encoding is UTF8.

Hey there André, could you tell us more about what kind of encoding problems you are facing during the import? Any errors in particular that you may have caught?
