Assignee list (avatars) next to search box is not visible

Hi,

in all my previous projects i had a list of avatars on backlog or active sprint, next to the search box, on the left of the quick filters. It allowed me to filetr all tasks of specific user(s). Right now there is no such avatars list. 

The only place i could see it is next to each sprint (when task is assigned to some user, but this option do not allow me to filter by the user.

Do you know how to switch it on?

From what I know this is not possible on Server/Data Center.
