Associate filters with boards

Radhika Tk March 12, 2018

Hi,

Need guidance for  the following:

1. Create a project A.

2. In Project A, create a scrum board -"Tasks board" from an existing filter (Project = A and issuetype = TASK)

3. In Project A, create another scrum board - "Bugs board" from another existing filter (Project = A and issuetype = BUG)

Note: Now i have no sprints in either of these boards

4. In Project A  > navigate to Backlog and click "Bugs board" to view the filtered bugs.

5. In the same Backlog, click "Tasks board" and viewed the filtered tasks.

Here's a thing, why is that I am not able to view the same bugs and tasks in the "Bugs board" and the "Tasks board" when these filters are applied.

Appreciate immediate help.

Thanks,

Radhika

Well, these are two different boards and each board is based on one issuetype only. That's why you can only see issues of this one issuetype. It is because you have configured it that way.

If you want to see all of your issues in one board, you have to create a new board based on your project only (not on any issuetype). But then, please remove the other two boards.
