Associate resolved user stories with new epics

We had previously been using epic (Epic/Theme link) but want to start using the new epic system released in GreenHopper 6+. Ideally we'd like to go back and associate all our resolved stories with the new epics so that we have full traceability. Is there anyway to do that?

The feature to migrate from Epic/Theme link for use in Rapid Board would be possible in GreenHopper 6.1.3 which will be release soon
