We will change ouor plan free to others on Jira and Confluence.
And we are worried that the current data will be initialized when we change plans.
Please let me know if the data is initialized or taken over to new plan.
Noticing will happen with your data if you are maintaining the same instance. Are you saying you are currently on a paid plan and moving to free?

現在私たちは、クラウド形態のJira SoftwareおよびConfluenceをFreeライセンスで利用中です。そのため、Jira上では沢山のバックログを作成してSprintをいくつか回していたり、Confluenceではいくつかのスペースやページを既に運用しています。
そして近日、Freeライセンスから有料ライセンスへのアップグレードを検討中です。
その際に現在使っているJira SoftwareのバックログやSprint、Confluenceのスペースやページなどを我々ユーザが意識することなく引き継ぐことが可能なのでしょうか？
もしそれが不可能で、アップグレード前にデータのエクスポートだったり、引継ぎのための申請が別途必要な場合、教えていただけますと幸いです。

Jackがご案内しているとおり、無料プランから有料プランへの切り替えでは、現在ご利用のサイトはそのまま保持され、プランの切り替えのみが行われます。新しくサイトを作成してそこにデータを移行する必要はございません。
