Hi @Venkat Jira Admin,

Approvals are a separate process that can be part of basically any request that has a workflow with an approval step configured. To drill into the step just the approvals part, they have a separate section in the Requests menu:

The All option basically opens a list of all open requests that you are allowed to see. That means the requests you created yourself or that were shared with you by any other JSM customer.

I am with you that the naming of the options in the list could be cleared, but the approval section is not part of All and it cannot be configured differently as far as I know. As a positive: if you're looking for requests that require approval, the Approvals section is showing you just that, with no other requests cluttering the view.

Hope this helps!
