Hello. Is there was way, via API, or some other manner to globally change this setting for all users on their behalf? Atlassian Account -> Profile and Visibility -> Contact

For example. If we wanted to change all users from Prudential to Anyone.

I'm not sure you can change that via REST for all your users. I think when the accounts are not managed by an identity provider, you can change them (but not with REST). If you verify the domain (using Atlassian Access) and you start provisioning, then you manage as well all the users' info.

Hello Alex. I'm not quite clear on what you are saying. Our IDP is MS Azure AD. We do verify domains via Atlassian Access. Is there a way to globally modify this field on behalf of the users? Apologize if I'm missing something. 

Also, I don't see where I can use a REST to extract this info. I viewed the APIs here and dont' see where the contact info is referenced

@Emerico Vespucci that's what I'm saying. Since you manage your accounts from an IDP, then these fields can only be changed from the IDP and not from Jira. There is no REST API which can do that for you.
