Hi all,
I was wondering how everyone backed up their Jira cloud instance? At the moment, we are doing this manually on a weekly basis, but we want to move to an automated method and ideally move to this data to AWS S3.
We want to backup both Jira and Confluence.
Thanks

Hello @Dan Allenby ,
Also, as an option to automate backups for Jira, you can try dedicated backup tools, like GitProtect: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-for-jira-backup-restore-dr-data-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Maybe you will also find this article about backup to S3 useful: https://gitprotect.io/blog/jira-backup-to-s3/
