Atlassian Home/Project workspace needs regular re-authorisation in Jira

We are using the Plan views in Jira, linking a ticket to an Atlassian Project in the right had info panel. On first use we authorise the app and it syncs between Jira and the project. However this need regular re-authorisation making it impracticable to use. All relevant cookies are allowed for Atlassian Home and Project. Anyone seen this?

I have tried this and it works fine, it does ask for authorization, but only once. For me the sync is working fine and it does not ask to re authorize

Thanks, mine still asks for authorisation daily. Could be a permissions thing
